The Casabella Guac-Lock

Make It, Save It, Crave It

Uniquely designed to prevent browning and keep your guacamole fresh. In four steps, the Casabella Guac-Lock allows you to keep and store your guacamole or other favorite spread fresh until the party starts. The Guac-Lock instantly converts from a storage container to an always full looking serving dish. Add the tray (sold separately) to complete the presentation. The Casabella Guac-Lock is not only for guacamole, it works with hummus, cocktail sauce, salsa fresca and even tzatzki.

Step 1: Fill container with guacamole or your favorite dip and smooth with a spoon or level off with a knife.

2: Place cover on container and lock lid with 3 clips – keeping the large tab on top of the lid still open.

3: Place container on elevator and push down gently. Squeeze out all the air until the guacamole appears at the top of the hole.

 4: Close the tab to form an air-tight seal and store in the refrigerator with elevator attached until ready to serve. Before opening, open large tab first, then unlock 3 clips.

Whether you’re celebrating Super Bowl Sunday, Cinco De Mayo, Taco Tuesday, a birthday or anything in between, guacamole is usually always there. For game days to birthdays, here is our go–to recipe for perfect guac:

What you’ll need:

2 avocados

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1 garlic clove (minced)

Cilantro (finely sliced)

Fresh lime juice (squeezed in)

Salt + pepper (to your personal liking)


1. Mash the avocados

2. Add in onions, garlic cloves

3. Add in cilantro, lime juice, salt + pepper (all to personal preference)

4. Mix everything together

5. Enjoy!

6. Bonus: store in a Guac-Lock to keep it fresher for longer and prevent browning!
