Short Game Aids – eGOLFRING – individual rings 9″ to 12-feet in diameter

Short Game Aids

Available in 9 individual sizes. You may also buy them in bulk or as sets.

eGolfRings golf target rings range in size from 9-inches to 12′ in diameter and are the perfect way to focus your putting and short game practice sessions.

The traditional way to start is to get an 18-inch (diameter) landing golf target ring along with a 6-foot (diameter) scoring zone ring.  Below are the golf target ring sizes with a brief explanation of each:

9-inch ring.

This is a precision spot target for chipping practice or may be used for putting distance control if you are trying to die the ball into the hole. Available in white.

1-foot ring.

Still a precision target and also still good for putting distance control. Use as a landing zone or place the ring so it touches the front of the hole when practicing on slower greens. Available in yellow.

18-inch ring (1.5-feet).

The original golf target ring. Great for intermediate level players or short chip shots with kids when used as a golf target ring. These are also good for lag putting drills as a large ‘hole’ to putt into or place it so the edge of the ring touches the front of the cup on faster greens as a ‘good miss’ zone. Available in yellow and white. Very popular.

2-foot ring.

Usually, the smallest size golf target ring to put around the hole. This golf target ring would be like the outer bulls-eye target where if you don’t make it in the hole, it’s a tap in. Also good for chipping for beginners as a landing target. Available in yellow.

3-foot ring.

Part of the white eGolfRing set, this would be the small inner ring if you are using white rings. Available in white.

4-foot ring.

Part of the yellow eGolfRing set. Recommended as a real challenge if you can already hit it in the 6-foot golf target ring. Available in yellow.

6-foot ring.

This is the magic golf target ring size and a must have for practicing chip and pitch shots. The eGolfRings started with the idea that if you can get your ball inside a 6′ ring, that leaves you 3′ or less for your putt, which statistically most players can make. Whatever you choose, this is one ring size you don’t want to miss. Available in white and yellow.

8-foot ring.

For beginning to intermediate players trying to work their way down to getting the ball inside the 6-foot ring, this 8′ diameter ring provides a moderate challenge and is good as an outer zone if you are doing a point system for scoring your shots. Available in yellow.

12-foot ring.

The largest golf target ring we offer, the 12-foot ring can be considered the 1-point zone for skills challenges. Not great, but still worth a point and close enough you can still save par. Available in white.

Why so many eGolfRings?

Anyone who was using the original 6-foot golf target circles always wanted one size bigger or one size smaller. We received so many requests we first made the 3-foot ring, then the 12-foot ring, and so on. Our suggestion is this. At a minimum, you will want an 18-inch and 6-foot ring, but if you want a bigger challenge and more motivation to practice, get one of our sets.

The WHITE eGolfRing set features the following sizes:

18-inch, 3-foot, 6-foot, 12-foot. Notice that the rings double in size each time. This configuration would be recommended for the average golfer, where the 18-inch ring is used as a landing target to get the ball to roll into the 3, 6, or 12-foot rings. Your scoring challenge might be 10-points if the ball goes in the hole, 5 points inside the 3-foot ring, 3-points inside the 6-foot ring and one point inside the 12-foot ring. The WHITE eGolfRing set comes with a large green nylon carry bag.

The YELLOW eGolfRing set features even-numbered rings.

The 1-foot ring would be the landing ring and the 2-foot, 4-foot and 8-foot rings would go around the hole.

The YELLOW set is intended for advanced level players, and like the white rings, double in size and may be used for scoring challenges.

The YELLOW set comes with a medium green drawstring bag.

The eGolfRing is the short game practice aid that no golfer wants to share. The genius of the eGolfRing short game practice system is in its simplicity.

The original eGolfRing was a 6-foot diameter ring that provided a visual target around the hole. Anything ending up inside the 6′ circle left you less than 3′ to the cup – a statistically makeable putt!

It is so thin the ball rolls right over it without altering speed or direction.

It is the only golf practice aid that gives golfers instant feedback with 100% accuracy.

Short Game Aids

The eGolfRing enables golfers of every age and skill level to effectively put short game techniques into action by providing the appropriate visual target to “groove” the chip, pitch or putt by. Most importantly, the eGolfRing makes practicing your short game fun! Regular users talk about it being a “game within the game”. The eGolfRing will change the way you learn to lower your scores and increase your confidence. The eGolfRing is being used by some of the biggest names in teaching and tour golf each time they practice. Isn’t it time to put it into action for you? The eGolfRing…It’s a Game Changer!

Short Game Aids

We now sell individual rings to give you maximum flexibility on how you want to set up your short game area. For example, put one 6′ ring around the hole but have five 18″ landing stations around the green. Create a game for kids where the 12′ circles are the green. Use the 3-foot rings for lag putting drills, the 18″ rings for putting distance control and the 9′ ring for extra precision for both chipping and putting.

Note: If you get more than a couple of rings we would recommend the eGolfRing carry bag. It is a nice green nylon drawstring bag to store your rings. Get the large size for white rings or the medium size to store yellow rings.

SX3 Short Game Trainer

SX3 Short Game Trainer

Short Game Aids

Alerts you at the exact moment your swing becomes problematic.

Learn a proper impact position and create successful recovery shots.

Designed to create proper impact for ALL wedge shots.

Helps correct your most common mistakes around the green, chips out of the rough, shots from the fringe, skulling, shanking, swing consistency, correct impact position, early release, and chili dips.

5 Minutes A Day With The SX3 & You’ll Have A New Impact PositionAnd Lower Scores.

Simply slip the SX3 onto the grip end of any club (includes an adaptor for jr sized clubs).

Take a standard grip with your hands and align for the type of shot to be produced while resting the arm of the SX3 against the leading wrist.

When you take the club back, the set of your hands will cause the leading wrist to move the arm of the SX3 slightly, producing an audible clicking noise identifying the correct set position.

As the action moves forward and through the ball, the set should remain, producing the correct impact position. When done correctly, the hands should not “release” until after impact and will be confirmed by the second click of the SX3.

You Don’t Need A New Wedge, You Need A New Impact Position.

Let’s say you didn’t know how to drive a car.  It wouldn’t make any difference if you had the most luxurious model car or the least expensive, as each vehicle would provide the same opportunity to get you around town – none, your stranded.
The same holds true for wedges.
If you don’t know how to properly swing a wedge (yes, the swing is different than the rest of your bag) then you have the same chance of getting up and down – you guessed it, none, your stranded.
Of course a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while and if you’re content with a short game that’s similar then read no further.
But if you want the ability to knock it close with a wedge – any wedge – that’s where the SX3 will change your game for good.

Take a look at the pros, based on who is sponsoring them their equipment is very different from one pro to the next.  What gives them all the ability to hit any wedge they’re playing (for that particular sponsor) is the same for all of them – the impact position.  The exact same impact position that the SX3 teaches you.

Take your wedge, attach the SX3 to the handle, swing it for a few minutes a day and the following things are going to happen:

You’ll learn a proper impact position, immediately.

The new impact position will parlay into confidence with ball striking and create successful recovery shots.

In turn, your success with recovery shots means lower scores, period.

The SX3 is designed to create proper impact for ALL wedge shots and shots around the green.

So, do you need a different or new wedge?

No.  What you need is a swing that can be used with any wedge.

Let’s face it. There are two things that washed up athletes love more than anything else in this world.

And those two things are golf and backyard games. Here’s another fact: a recent study – which was done using science – found that washed up athletes make up 98% of the world’s population.

So, Brendan and Matt (two supremely washed up athletes and the co-founders of Chippo Golf LLC) decided to invent a game that combines the two things that 98% of the population love more than anything else in the world.

That’s how Chippo golf cornhole was born. Thank you Chippo!

Both avid golfers, both intensely competitive backyard gamers, and both incredibly bad at both golf and backyard games, Brendan and Matt had grown accustomed to failure and loss.

But when the idea for Chippo popped into Brendan’s head one night, he immediately ran around telling everyone and anyone about his amazing new idea.

His friend and future brother-in-law Matt actually listened.  Could Chippo be their shot at sports hero redemption?  We think so!

Launch Gate by Ted Sheftic (Wedge Gate)

Launch Gate by Ted Sheftic (Wedge Gate)

Launch Gate Information

The original name for the product was Wedge Gate, but because it applies to other clubs, we are now calling it the Launch Gate System. The Launch Gate is a personal golf swing angle trainer designed to give you feedback on your launch angle. If you use it correctly, it will give you information about your impact (shaft lean and face angle) as well as how you launch the ball.

While it was designed for wedge play, it can also be used for other clubs (you just need to know the correct launch angle for you other clubs!).
Extensive research by Ted Sheftic and Dr. Rob Neal on pitching has revealed that the BEST players in the world when hitting standard distance and finesse wedges, launch the ball under 30 degrees. These launch wedge trainer conditions allow them to generate high spin and great stopping power.

There are two basic ways to use the gate to get feedback:

Hitting below (or above) the Noodle

Hitting through a window; you can determine if you are launching correctly, too low or too high. This condition is more advanced then the first one.

To setup the gate for a 30 degree launch, you must go through the following steps

Determine the length of shot you are going to hit.

A. If it is less then 40 yards, use a gate of 4 feet. The launch should be between 30 to 34 degrees.

B. In the 40 to 50 Yard distance, use a gate height of 4 or 5 feet.

C. If the shot length is greater then 50 yards we suggest to use a gate height of 5 feet.

D. We believe hitting wedges under 3 feet is a great way to practice to launch it under 30 degrees.

2. Use the table below to determine the distance from the gate to where you must hit shots from

3. Hit shots under the noodle for launch angles under 30 degrees, and above for over 30 degrees of launch

Table 1: Distance from gate heights for a 30 degree launch
Gate Height Distance from gate to impact point
3-feet 62 inches (~ 5-feet)
4-feet84 inches (~ 7-feet)
5-feet104 inches (~ 9-feet)

The only other comment before you read more is we highly suggest that you put the backdrop and mat in the dryer for 15-20 minutes to relax the mats before first use. This is not obvious and is mentioned briefly in the videos, but is necessary for a good experience when you initially set it up. Enhances creativity and feel for shots around the green.

Helps you understand how to conquer the yips

Every golfer knows they could lower their scores by playing better and being more consistent around the greens. The Orange Whip Wedge combines all of the same aspects that you love about the Orange Whip Trainer and has brought them to the short game. We’ve combined the Orange Whip flexible shaft and counterweight system with a Stan Utley inspired 56-degree wedge head. The Wedge was designed to his shots from 25 yards and in to help you maximize your short game shots and enhance your creativity around the greens.

Stan and Jim have developed the Orange Whip Wedge to help you improve your short game and improve your scores around the green.

1.Rhythm Training:

Find your short game rhythm and sequence by allowing the Wedge club head to swing freely from your wrists, elbows, shoulders, and body. It will help you find your sequence.

2.Impact Training:

Good rhythm and sequence lead to solid contact. Allowing the Wedge shaft to load and unload at the correct time will help you make solid contact more consistently.

3.Distance Training:

Solid contact and rhythm give you the ability to control your distance. The Wedge will train you to chip and pitch your ball on your intended landing spot and predict the run out to have your ball end up close to the hole.

4.Trajectory Training:

Flighting your shots and controlling the run out allows you to be more creative around the green. You will learn to develop and better feel for chips, pitches, bunker shots, and flop shots around the green.
